Final Narrative Reflection (40% or 400 points total)
Due on the day of the final exam (May 6th), this narrative reflection should be at least 1000 words.
You are to share what you discovered for yourself out of your participation in the conversation of the course, presenting highlights of the course material that have been the most impactful for you, and including any actions you have taken to fulfill your leadership project and any assignments of the course, sharing any results produced, including any breakdowns and resolutions. Taking into account what you proposed originally, and how this has changed over the course of the semester in light of what you have discovered for yourself, this narrative reflection should include an overview of the written and spoken communications with the relevant parties, referencing key elements of the course material (that is, the foundation, context, ontological constraints), and it should include your "created future." Concerning your created future, strive to answer these prompts:
--About the future for your leadership project, that is, the one you walked in here with: Has a new future, or a new expression of the future you walked in here with, emerged or begun to emerge for you? Please say what that future now looks like. --What action will you give your word to take, if any, in the first three days after you leave this course, which action is consistent with the realization of the future you created as your leadership project? --On what date, at what beginning time and by what ending time will you take that action? This is called creating a “now” in which to take the action. Remember the only thing that creates an opportunity for action is a “now” in which to take the action. --Where will that “now” exist such that it reliably, effectively provokes the action? |
